I like the 1st most out of the flapbook pages, and I agree with Krist on the business card. I like the wireframe designs more, however they DO give off a sense of being for an architect.
So maybe using one of the wireframe designs and the one you have above, and putting a different model in it's place? Another building that isn't so "plain". Not over-the-top, just less plain maybe...
I like the original wireframe design instead of the modeled building. And I'd maybe change up the top font
